I recently stayed at H Resort in Kenting, and I have to say, it was a really disappointing experience. First, I parked my car in the parking lot and specifically asked the staff to call a buggy to take me back to the lobby. They said it would be right there, but I ended up waiting a full 8 minutes. What’s the point of asking if they’re going to have me waiting like that? When I was checking out, I had two large suitcases. Not a single staff member offered to help me load them into the trunk. Even after I asked, they just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem. I couldn’t believe the poor service and lack of basic courtesy. On top of all this, the pool water was clearly not maintained properly. My wife didn’t even get all the way in—just dipped her feet in to take a picture—and ended up with a rash. This is unacceptable. Oh, and in case you’re wondering why this review is in English—it’s because I felt like the staff treated me differently once they heard my Mandarin accent and realized I wasn’t a local. I guess that explains the attitude I got, huh? Not cool at all. H Resort, you really need to improve your service and attitude. Service: 1
