果日特登去壽司安試新貨，點咗三文魚腩手捲同新推出象拔蚌手卷，平靚正，食落好滿足。 三文魚腩手捲（$30）肥美多汁，切得勻稱實在，物超所值。最正係分佈勻到爆棚，唔似有些店食完上面三文魚層就剩飯團，呢度食到尾都仲咬到厚實魚腩，油脂香滑入口即化，紫菜脆口襯托鮮甜，啖啖都有滿足感，絕對值得二刷。 新推出象拔蚌手卷（$29）甜脆誘人，蚌肉彈牙鮮甜，脆口質感一流，紫菜保持脆爽無軟，簡單材料玩得出層次，海味濃郁清新，食落似海邊小食，性價比高到爆燈。 Salmon Belly Handroll ($30): Super fatty and juicy, cut evenly, great value. Best part is the distribution—unlike some places where you finish the top salmon layer and just get rice, here every bite to the end has thick salmon belly. The oily richness melts in your mouth, with crispy nori boosting the fresh sweetness. Pure satisfaction, worth coming back for. New Geoduck Handroll ($29): Sweet and crunchy, bouncy and fresh, top-notch crisp texture. Nori stays crunchy without going soft. Simple ingredients but full of layers, strong seafood flavor like beachside snack. Recommend eating it fresh—insane value with this price . Ordered a fried shrimp sushi roll which did not look exactly like on the menu but still tasted nice and fresh. The rice was still warm and the fried shrimp was super crispy. The mentaiko sauce was a good match with the sushi roll I only wish they have given more sauce on top. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–50
