I have tried chicken rice all over, and 大同鸡饭 (Tai Tong Chicken Rice) is simply the best. The poached chicken is incredibly succulent and tender, with a smooth, gelatinous skin that melts in your mouth. The rice is absolutely fragrant and flavorful—each grain is perfectly cooked and infused with chicken stock, ginger, and garlic. The chili sauce is the perfect tangy and spicy complement, and the dark soy sauce adds a wonderful depth of flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and the value for money is excellent. This is not just a meal; it's an authentic and unforgettable experience. A must-try for anyone looking for the ultimate Hainanese chicken rice! I will definitely be back again and again.
