A small Japanese restaurant on Wo Yi Hop Road in Kwai Chung. It was my first time eating Japanese food tonight and it was full of surprises. There are many choices of food, including 20 types of sashimi, sushi, cooked sushi, warships, rolls, fried food, snacks, salads, set meals, 7 types of rice bowls, udon, hot pot dishes, sake and drinks. This small store is different from other chain stores. Yuzu specializes in cooking on demand, and it definitely doesn’t stock the refrigerator. It’s definitely worthy of my return next time. Tonight, I ordered the three fried dishes on the left, Gillette shrimp, oysters and pork chop. Everything arrives hot, spicy and crispy. The sushi portions are generous, and we especially recommend the sea urchin warship and Akami old sushi. As for the sashimi, both the red oysters and the live red clams are very fresh and sweet. The red oysters only contain one 38 mosquito, so they are easy to eat. The store environment is clean, use QR CODE to order, and you can get 10% off for takeout. Decline is better than competing for freshness. The seafood well is more fishy and oily than the garbage buried head to tail. The salmon in the sushi has a weird color, and the food tastes fishy, like red trout. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
