大きな通りに面した大衆向けのお店で、英語が通じないけど、優しい感じのおばちゃんが注文をとってくれました。 写真の豚肉の乗ったご飯は118香港$で、ボリュームがあって食べきれずでした。 軟骨があるのと、北京ダックの様な皮が脂っこいのが、日本人にはちょっと気になるかも知れませんが、これがこちらの庶民の味かなぁと。甜麺醤をつけてガツガツワイルドな気分で食べました。. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150

3 / 5 This place is one of the cheaper roast goose spots around, and after eating here I understand why the price is lower. The roast goose was dry, and the roast pork skin wasn’t crispy — more gummy than crunchy, which is disappointing for a Cantonese BBQ place where the texture is usually the highlight. One thing I will give them credit for is the cleanliness of the storefront window. The display area looked clean and well maintained, which is actually what convinced me to give the place a try. The vegetables were okay, and at least they didn’t have that strong chemical bitter taste that you sometimes get in vegetables at other places. Overall it’s not terrible, but the roast meats just didn’t meet the standard you expect from Hong Kong BBQ. The lower price probably explains the difference in quality.
