The main problems reported by the villagers are as follows: 1. Extension encroaching on public areas The shop has extended the ventilation pipes beyond the building line, onto the public road, which is the entrance and exit ramp of the village, causing dissatisfaction and clearly violating the municipality's regulations. 2. Discharging wastewater into public pipes The shop has discharged wastewater directly into the village's drainage pipes, causing the sewage system to smell bad throughout the area. The villagers in the area have expressed that they are unable to open the windows or sit in front of their houses to relax as usual. 3. Failure to cooperate with officials Even though the police and the municipality have warned them many times, the shop owner has ignored them, claimed not to understand Thai, and pretended not to know anything, causing great frustration among the villagers.
