ツアーで訪問したレストラン。4つのリーガルオリエンタルホテル内にある広東料理レストラン。クセの無い優しいテイストの料理はとても美味しく日本人の口に合うと思います。

The Food: We ordered steamed dumplings that took over 30 minutes to arrive, and they were served cold. When we sent them back, the "new" order arrived in just 5 minutes and appeared to be the exact same dumplings just slightly reheated. The Service: There is a very uncomfortable gap in service quality here. We watched staff prioritize frequent customers—serving them immediately and keeping their tea topped off—while our own teapot sat empty and ignored. While I understand rewarding loyalty, the neglect toward "non-regulars" was far too obvious. We definitely won't be back. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $150–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had Easter dinner here with my family. We tried the $588 set menu – quite good value, and they gave us a free bottle of red wine for two people. The food was solid. Liked the garlic beef cubes and crispy eel. The soup with fish maw was rich and comforting. Abalone and sea cucumber were well braised – soft enough for my parents. The "two-style" pigeon was fun: one crispy, one wine-marinated. We added the flaming seafood thing (+$168) – dramatic presentation, tasty sauce inside. Fried rice with sakura shrimp was simple but nice. Dessert platter surprised me – the molten荔枝球 and almond tea were really good. Service was attentive, and we had a nice river view. Overall a pleasant family meal. Would go back for special occasions. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
