Exceptional dumplings. Really appreciate the quality of the condiments. The vinegar was wonderfully scented with plum/une, and ginger was finely shredded and kept nice and crisp in cold water. The specialty dry noodles were really good. Price is really fair for such high quality. Hope to go back and try the other items on the menu. Items are well made and obviously made with great care and love by the couple. Environment was also extremely clean and spick and span.
