My wife chose this place for dinner (bless her) cos I couldn't think about food after drinks. Was expecting to have 2 bites but I polished off everything, gravy, rice and all. Tender cuts of delicately marinated 羊肉 were expertly prepared in 2 dishes, 芥蓝炒羊肉 and 烤羊排, that showcased Chef Tim's mastery of flame and flavours. He joked you haven't experienced 苗栗 until you've had 小羊管. This is seriously a must try. Oi Michelin! Chef Tim deserves a Bib Gourmand more than the other places you awarded.
