Good services at Jolly Garden, waiting staffs were very responsive, efficient and friendly. It was now in high season for hairy crab, and crab roe was the highlight of our set meal. Next we had razor blade clams, which were very clean and fresh. It was a traditional way of steam-cooking the clams with garlic. The mutton hot pot was very big and sizzling hot, and the meat was very tender. Traditionally, we have ginger soup after having a crab meal, and these soups were very delicious. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$400–450 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
