Visiting 尚麵 brings a pleasant surprise because the entire dining area is kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Overall, the dining experience feels rather average since the food does not quite live up to the massive hype. This branch is located in a highly accessible spot that is not far from the Shek Mun MTR station, making it very convenient to reach, though visitors driving there will need to check for local parking within the commercial complex. The hygiene standards are definitely a highlight here, keeping the environment pristine, while the staff service quality remains just average during the busy dining hours. As for the food quality, the ramen tastes very normal and feels a bit overrated, but the pricing is quite reasonable for this specific area. One important thing to note is that the restaurant gets very hot during lunch, making the seating area not that comfortable.
