Very disappointing experience. It was my first time visiting Tokashiki Island, and I was looking for a place to buy something. I mistakenly thought this shop was open and knocked on the door. Instead of politely explaining that the business was not open yet, the staff responded with an extremely rude attitude and told me to “get out.” I understand that the shop was not open, and I apologize for the misunderstanding. However, there is no reason to treat visitors so disrespectfully. As a first-time visitor to the island, this left a very negative impression on me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

こちらも大変残念です。窓はカーテンが閉まり、入口ドアに大きくClosedと掲示しているにも関わらず、OPEN？と入ってくる非常識な海外の観光客の方が多く非常に迷惑しています。無礼な態度を取られる側にも原因がある事をご理解ください。観光客ではありますが、お店が営業していない状態では当店のお客様ではありませんので、丁寧な対応は致しかねます。

The ice cream is quite small and it taste normal. It cost 600 yen which is quite expensive compared to its quality. Not recommend the mint chocolate ice cream. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
