My sister, cousin, and I arrived 45 minutes before closing for dinner and didn't know what to choose since there are so many options, and the auntie (owner) was more than happy to help us choose and explain based on what we liked. We got the spicy stinky tofu soup, egg drop soup, cabbage dumplings, stinky tofu dumplings (her own invention!), and various side dishes. My sister and I grew up as vegetarians (and still are) so we know exactly how Taiwanese Chinese vegetarian dishes tastes. Every single dish was so delicious, fresh, and tastes just like home. We would've come here again if we weren't only in town for the day. We will be sure to return here next year (we only visit Taiwan once a year). We sincerely hope that auntie's restaurant is still in business and she hasn't retired! Thank you, to the kind auntie, for the wonderful conversation, hospitality, and delicious foods!
