The first time I ate it, I was amazed. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the beef rice bowl was very tender. Is it still open?

The boss is in the tutoring industry and opened this store because of the impact of the epidemic. So please note that the business hours are quite special. If you want to try something new, remember to make a reservation first. Saigon is an American-style sushi, so the items are relatively free, but from the owner, I feel the spirit of Japanese craftsmen, the mastery of the ingredients, and even the entrance temperature of each ingredient when it is served to the table , all performed very well. During the meal, although there were only 2 tables of customers at the moment, the boss lady immediately hung a sign at the door reminding you to wait for 30 minutes. The boss lady was also quite warm and friendly. When ordering too much, the boss would personally Come out to discuss the contents of the menu and take the children to eat. The boss lady will pay attention to whether the children can eat mustard. You can feel their care for every small detail. This is a restaurant that tries its best to present a perfect experience to every guest. From the selection and processing of ingredients to the considerate service details, it is definitely a high-quality sushi restaurant worth visiting again and again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NT$200–400
