Got there at 6:20pm and just the line alone took a solid hour and a half. Most people showed up because of the internet-famous owner. Behind that hoarse, larger-than-life AI singing voice, he’s actually a really gentle and friendly guy in person. The food quality is top-notch—everything from the ingredients to the broth is seriously on point, and the prices are reasonable too. The only real issue is the prep flow and staffing. I’d suggest adding more equipment, having the back kitchen preheat stuff ahead of time, and bringing in extra hands to speed things up. If they can fix that part, they could easily double their sales, and customer satisfaction would go way up too. 謝謝你的詳細分享。你點出的問題其實也是彼岸最近正在努力改善的部分。小店只有有限的空間與設備，因此在人變多之後，出餐速度確實成了最大的挑戰。但比起追求速度，我更希望先把湯頭與食材品質顧好。很高興你喜歡彼岸的味道，也謝謝你留下這麼具體的建議。
