情報の誤りを報告する
A few months back, I recommended it to my brother. He went, but didn't get to seat at the Head Chef's table. His steak was well-done, when he asked for medium rare.
I went again yesterday with a friend, specifying the Head Chef's table. It was superb. My friend ordered Chef's Menu, I ordered the Prawn Menu. Their onion soup is great. There are lots of well cooked onions, you can definitely taste the beef stock as well. The food is fresh, and the temperature of all the foods were cooked to perfection!! Which is very important when you have seafood and steak!! The other teppanyaki place in the area simply can't compare.
I gave it 4 star because the service is a bit inconsistent.
When I went in, 2 of the servers saw me, but didn't see me or greet me. I understand they may be in charge of something else. But it'll be nice to see a smile and be greeted, instead of seeing a cold face and someone turning their face away. It is kind of rude and unwelcoming.
While eating, the head chef and some of the server were really kind and polite. Another younger server tries really hard, but I always get startled. His hand may just reach out in front of me to take away the plates, the moment I finished, and sometimes hasn't quite swallowed my food. I feel rushed, and don't feel so comfortable having his hand so close to my chest without warning. I think with some reminder for him to slow down a bit, the overall experience would be so much better!
