Our group size is 4, most of the shops doesn't open a workshop with group size less than 10, but we called and the owner was very friendly and agreed to conduct the workshop for us. The class was conducted in Cantonese, owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to share her recipe. Each of us got to take home two mochi and two steamed cake (茶粿). We enjoyed the workshop. Their mochi and steamed cake are good, will definitely visit this store again when we come to Tai O. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by Ying Girl's Snack（應姑娘小食）on Wing On Street in Tai O during a day tour. The lady owner was friendly and offered free tasting bites before I decided what to buy. I got the mango mochi cake. Normally it's $15 per piece, but on that day she offered $10 per piece for tour customers, which made it a great deal for everyone on the group. The cake comes in a big portion, very sweet and juicy. As a mango lover, I was happy! The only downside of this stall is kind of open-air, so there were some little bugs flying around. Apart from that, everything felt perfect for such a small shop. They also have another branch near Lung Tin Estate if I'm not wrong, which is a nice bonus if you're around that area. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–50
