Delicious food. The owner was friendly. We were looking for a whole fish in Keelung and we found it. The fish tasted very fresh! The ginger, cilantro and sauce paired very well. Very lively ambience, the entire floor is. Rice comes with the meal. Def a place where locals go. I would eat here again and have that fish again! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
