全体的に大満足です。が、ペアリングの選択にやや疑問が…お土産に釜飯のおにぎりがあるのは粋。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $2,000+

コロナ中の弁当では酷評してしまったが…(すいません) 実際の店舗でいただいて改めて再評価。. OPENは18:30Justに入口解錠され入店。 名簿毎に席案内。 3 or 5 のペアリングドリンクを提示され3ペアリングを選択。 清潔感があり開放的な店内、そしてテンポ良く出される料理はどれも素晴らしい。構成、順番、器、味、もてなし…完璧。ペアリングも良い。日本だけでなく現地の食材も上手く活用。 高雄No1の和食と言っても過言ではない。 京都～東京と修行した料理長は若くて料理中は緊張感を持って仕事されてるが話すると和やかな好青年。 釜飯で作ったおにぎりのお土産をいただきお見送り。久しぶりに大満足。 更に半年後にお邪魔。 メニューも変わり、台湾食材との融合にチャレンジ。やり過ぎると方向性を見失うが、絶妙な感じで台湾人と日本人の両方の心を掴んでいた。藤本さん、あっぱれ！ その後通算7回目、今回が1番美味しかったかな。2024.8.
