Baka Tempura japanese styled setting and meal with donburi, fried food, and beer in the middle of mong kok. to compliment the soft scrambled egg , sweet rice, vegetables as appetizer and sauce. green beans are the mvp tonight. beer is cooling and much fish in the other donburi. snacks platter offered fried chicken, fried fish and chicken nuggets. along mayonnaise~ great for sharing 滑蛋海老丼 $68 特盛海鮮天丼 $108 小食拼盤 $68 Sapporo 300ML $48 we waited a little, it was very full inside. 10% service charge for dine-in dinner. love the service of napkins, water, seasoning and chopsticks, tatami in this Japanese restaurant! 8+26 Tempura Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you love tempura, you should definitely try this! The restaurant has a Japanese izakaya vibe, with bar seating and tatami tables. You can choose set meals or build your own tempura. We ordered a custom tempura don with cold udon and lots of fresh seafood items. The batter is thin and crispy, and the tempura sauce helps cut the oiliness. We also shared fried snacks like gyoza and squid tentacles, which were great value. Reservations are not guaranteed—go early!
