The place was packed, but they were clearly understaffed, which really dragged down the whole dining experience. They advertise unlimited vegetables, but since the staff were just too busy to keep up, we mostly just sat there waiting for refills. What's more frustrating is the inconsistent food quality and portions. I ordered the same Scallion Beef as the table next to me, but while theirs had onions, mine only had a tiny bit of minced scallions. On top of that, my portion was noticeably smaller, making it feel like the chef was just eyeballing it and handing out random amounts when plating. Aside from the food, the aisles are really narrow and crowded, making it a huge hassle to squeeze past people just to grab rice, soup, or drinks. Plus, probably because they were so overwhelmed, the staff's tone wasn't very friendly. I understand peak hours are tough, but the staffing, inconsistent portions, and layout issues really ruined the mood. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
