I am disappointed that this restaurant has started using disposable bowls and cutlery. When I asked what happened (I thought for a moment they confused my order as a takeaway), the attendant said it was for sanitary reasons. Unfortunately this reason has been widely used as an excuse for lazyness, because this is definitely not sanitary for the planet, or human health in the long run, as these types of disposable foodware are not being recycled in Taiwan (burn after collection). I hope the owners reconsider this decision.
