The staff was very helpful and friendly. I could taste the Oolong and they gave me some recommendations. The packaging of the tea looks nice and decorative and the prices seemed appropriate. Overall a great experience. Returned the next day to buy some more tea And their handmade mochi are incredible! Maybe the best mochi, I've ever had.

People working there made me feel welcome! It is the perfect place to have a little sweet, with a nice cup of tea, and if it taste really good, you can even buy 100g to bring home! They have many option regarding tea, you’ll find the famous Alishan High Mountain Tea and their Oolong is also very good.

A wonderful tea experience. Not only are the products excellent, but the staff take the time to explain the process with deep knowledge and care. They are incredibly kind and attentive. I also appreciated being able to chat in English. A beautiful and memorable visit.
