Went to this restaurant at the recommendation of a coworker. Waiter was very rude and gave us a bad seat facing the toilets and refused to give us another one even though there were many others open. She poorly explained the ordering process (in Chinese) and was upset with us because we arrived at 11:40~ and there was an hour left for morning service. Ok fine. She then got mad at us when we handed them the menu a few minutes later because no passed by our table. We had apparently missed the morning deadline by a couple monutes which she did not make clear to us. We were ready before then and it was easily avoidable if she actually checked back or explained to us normally after the deadline passed. It is not that hard. We ordered off the lunch menu with practically no changes. When confronted about her behaviour she suddenly did a 180 and started making excuses and never came back to our table after that. It was comical but in a sad way. If they give you attitude don't be afraid to talk back or just leave. Congee was very salty. Wontons were very sweet in a bad way. Shrimp dumplings were ok but expensive. Pork ribs were not notable which I suppose is the only positive in this case. For the quality it's definitely overpriced. They forgot one of our dishes and after reminding them twice, we asked them to scratch it off our bill because it was a big waste of time. I'd rather work through lunch and starve than come back. I'm sure they'll be fine without my money because it seems popular. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mixed feelings about this place, because the food was actually not bad; the dim sum were all freshly steamed, and the food quality in general is quite good, but the downfall was the quality of service. The attitude of the managers were generally quite bad, and there was a female manager whose attitude was exceptionally appalling. The place is packed to the brim, so it’s not comfortable, but that’s still understandable compared with the poor level of service provided by the staff. Price per person: $250–300 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
