2.27下午在朗豪坊店遭到种族歧视。我们在落座后立刻点单，但是在制作过程中（10分钟内）连续三位店员前来查看我们是否点单，前两位告知不可喝外带饮品，我们答应后仍出现第三位女性服务员指责我们。第三位女性服务员全程使用粤语，对不会粤语的顾客如果是沟通的态度应该尝试使用其他语言如英语、普通话，但她全程使用粤语，且骂完后直接离去。我们虽无法理解粤语，但是从周围顾客诧异异样的目光推测其含有辱骂话语。在饮品制作完后，桌上摆放了星巴克饮品时，仍有第四位服务员过来让我们收起外带饮品。可以理解外带饮品不能饮用，我们也在第一位服务员告知时保证过不会饮用且全程没有饮用。但是短短10几分钟内一次次骚扰质问让我们在店体验极差。同时！旁边有一桌顾客，全程并未点单，也携带了外带饮料，店员从未催促过他们点单或是因为外带饮品驱赶他们。我认为这种不公品对待就是种族歧视，要求相关负责人员严查此事。期待收到您的回信与投诉的后续进展。 we have met the racial discrimination in the Langhaofang store on the afternoon of February 27. The top execs need to come do an undercover here. Seriously this place is full the line doesnt stop. My beef is that they are double using the coffee grinds. My cappuccino was so watered down i walked up to complain. They gave me another. Well im sitting nearest to the front counter. Ive been here awhile only heard the fizz of the machines 4 times. Over 35 people have gone through the line. All i should be hearing is fizz fizz its too quiet. This is sooo bad. Im so mad... complete waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
