A giant rat was running in the restaurant, and the staff was very nonchalant about it (as if it was a very common occurrence). The ingredients were not fresh. Majority of the leafy vegetables were browning. As soon as we walked into the establishment there was a very stale, pungent smell akin to an unclean fridge. That plus the fact that there was no one else dining at 6 pm should have been a huge red flag. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
