The blonde hostess who showed guests to seats is totally unfit for this job. She kept pulling a long face and was prone to lying. The food is just mediocre, service is average, yet her attitude is extremely rude. Customers come here for meals, not to get treated badly. There was a pretty good deal when we were there, $100 off the second order of 200g wagyu rib eye steak. Steak was nicely marbled and plenty fat where you can cook it to your liking and doneness. There arent a lot of sides when you get this meal, just rice, soup and some kimchi to help cut the richness of the steak. You will feel plenty stuff after this. I just wish the ventilation was better. With so many ppl ordering this set because of the deal they have going on, the restaurant was quickly filled up with oily smoke and everything had a nice coating of slippery fat which didnt feel all too nice. The restaurant located inside its dedicated shop, it was in the open area of New Town Plaza on L1 so they cant really do much about the oily smell. We all walked out covered and smelling like fatty oil. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–250 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
