Absolutely Worth the Climb! Chi Kee Noodle House is a true hidden gem in Hong Kong! I came here specifically for the beef tendon soup, and it was 100% worth walking up the hill for. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, and the beef tendon was melt-in-your-mouth tender—just the way it should be. You can taste the time and care put into this dish.
