We decided to have lunch here while waiting for our rooms to be ready. Unfortunately, the service we received was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's star rating and premium pricing. For our soup, we were instructed to serve ourselves, which was quite inconvenient given that we had multiple children and older parents at the table. When we made a request for assistance, our server appeared surprised and seemed reluctant to help. Additionally, rather than walking around the table to place our teapot down, she simply asked us to create space for her, which felt dismissive. Having traveled extensively around the world, this has, by far, been the worst experience we've had at a Westin Hotel restaurant.
