I had it a long time ago but the broth was creamy, aromatic and deep with prawn flavours. The seafood was fresh and delicately sweet, marinated in light soy dashi cooking wine concoction. There was a little sheet so you can put down your request for the noodle chewiness, Sakura shrimp oil amount, spring onions and stuff, customisation. Anyways, what a delight. Price point was 200 per head, if you add egg and seafood and drinks, my only critique. 2nd visit: tried 闊條麵this time. Lowk like it better than ramen noodles because of udon like chewy texture, but it doesn’t cling to soup as well, pros and cons. Broth as heavenly as I rmb. I have to say tho, the egg is orange as hell but slightly overdone. It can’t all be perfect. Tried 北極貝 (Arctic clams) marinated in same shoyu mix. Fresh and chewy, no complaints. I also mixed in a sakura shrimp rice into the unfinished broth to diy a risotto. I’d have to say the rice didn’t have shrimp flavour at all, and the portion was too small. But broth is too good to waste. The noodles doesn't go well with the soup base. Tables are too packed in a tiny space. Not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

這是我吃過最好吃的拉麵，排了40分鐘值了～ We recently dined at One Night Camp and was thoroughly impressed! Their prawn ramen was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked noodles, a rich and flavorful broth, and succulent prawns that were cooked to perfection. In addition to the fantastic food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. After noticing that we had been waiting in line for a while, they generously offered us bottled mineral water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, One Night Camp provides an excellent dining experience with top-notch food and service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere.
