We enjoyed a truly masterful wagyu dinner here! This experience was a feast for all of the senses — it goes without saying that each bite of beef was enticingly fragrant, seared to perfection on every side, and delectably juicy; the cherry on top was being able to observe the chef skillfully performing his craft. If you like beef, then there’s no doubt you’ll love this. And if you don’t like beef I think this could change your mind. For me, the surprising highlight of the course was their dessert, which consisted of a mildly sweet taro filling that is wrapped into a delicate, crepe-like shell. It is a truly singular treat, requiring fast, precise technique to fold the taro (which is creamy, aromatic, and a gentle blend of savory and sweet) in. When biting in, the shell shatters in an incredibly satisfying way, harmoniously combining its texture with the soft taro within. It’s crispy, smooth, fresh from the hot plate, and phenomenally good! I haven’t had anything like this before! The service and venue are sleek and professional. Dishes are delivered and taken away at the perfect times without a single hitch, and you can always count on having everything you need to enjoy your meal. I don’t think I ever needed to ask for anything; someone always noticed or anticipated what I might want and had it ready! Thanks to the chef and the service staff for cooking up such a tasty and unique experience! I would come back to Taiwan to eat this again! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
