I live nearby and wanted to take my family to join in the fun. I made a reservation last Saturday and arrived at the store at noon. Not open! Not open! Not open! The boss didn't answer my calls, and he didn't post any messages on the website or notify me of incoming calls. It’s really a bad review, very bad Service: 1

Pull it to the point where it doesn’t work! I made a reservation two weeks ago and called the day before the meal to confirm that there was no problem. I originally wanted to increase the number of people, but the store also replied that it was fully booked at noon on holidays and there was no way to increase the number of people. However, when I arrived at the restaurant on the day of the meal, the iron door was closed. It was not open at all, and the store's phone was never answered. We made a reservation for 12:00, but the iron door was still closed at 12:15. Neighbors nearby said that sometimes the door opens very early and sometimes it opens very late. I don’t know what’s going on! If a store has an emergency and needs to be closed temporarily, shouldn't it also post an announcement to let customers know? Service: 2
