So, I will start off by saying the environment is very quaint and nice, and that is what attracted me to it in the first place. I decided to come with my partner and we got there at 5:30, ordered by 5:40. We order fruit salad with honey, and then miso salmon and pork chops with one glass of red wine. We waited 40 minutes for the fruit salad, which is frankly unacceptable (and we were the only 2 people at the restaurant). Then, maybe another 10 minutes later, we got the food. My partner ordered the pork chops with white rice, but they gave her the grain rice, so she kindly reminded them that she ordered white rice. We then waited 15 minutes to get the white rice (and only received it because we reminded them) because they forgot to take it out of the microwave. Then, we overhear the cook talking, and it sounds like she blamed my partner for “wanting to change to white rice”. No, she didn’t want to change it. It’s what she ordered in the first place. Overall, the place has a great atmosphere, decent food, and subpar service. Do with that information what you will. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
