The chef koji and his family were so friendly and truly made the experience unforgettable. You can tell he loves what he does and thinks deeply about honoring the food while delivering the best experience for his customers. The food is elevated yet simple and packed with flavour. I especially enjoyed the beef sushi, snow crabs (prepared in 4 different ways), and steam rice and fish but also highly recommend the more uniquely koji dishes like the lotus root dessert and fresh turnips.
