Wing Fat Seafood, Wing Fat Tea & Coffee is an eatery on the 2nd floor in the Hung Hom Market 紅磡街市. I ordered a steamed small tiger grouper and it was very fresh & tasty. The house soup is free and the price is very very affordable. If you want live seafood, this is a good choice if you don’t care to be around those guys in suit and tie but the down-to-earth working class folks. The waitress is friendly and enthusiastic and she reminds me of the chinese saying 人無笑臉不開門 to win customers coming back again and again. The 5-star review here is based on similar market eateries and not the top 3-star Michelin Guide restaurants. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
