エビの出汁がきいていて、美味しいです 麺は硬め 現金かオクトパスカードでの支払いです ただオクトパスにチャージ出来なくて事情を説明すると、カード払い出来、助かりました

中環駅から歩いてミッドレベルエスカレーター横にある店舗に向かいましたが沢山の行列ができていたのでこちらの店舗にしました。QUEENSRoad沿いにあるこちらは並ぶことなくすんなり入店することができました。お店のかたも皆さん親切で丁寧に説明してくださり助かりました。海老雲呑麺と汁無しのタレのかかった海老雲呑麺をたのみました。スープの味が魚介系だけでなく肉系の甘みを感じさせる汁で美味しかった。海老雲呑も大きめでぷりぷり。すり身ではなく海老のぶつ切りなので食べごたえがあった。美味しかったのでぜひ他のメニューにも挑戦してみたかった。. My friends and I were excited to try authentic Hong Kong cuisine, but unfortunately, we were met with blatant racist behavior that left us feeling unwelcome. Upon entering the restaurant last Saturday evening, we were greeted with cold stares and a reluctant attitude from the staff. Despite the many available tables, they seated us in a less desirable corner of the restaurant. Throughout our visit, it was clear that other patrons received warm and attentive service, while we were almost entirely ignored. We had to wave several times before anyone came to take our order. When a waiter finally approached, he was visibly unfriendly and dismissive. To make matters worse, when we tried to order some classic Cantonese dishes, the waiter condescendingly suggested we choose something “more suitable for our tastes,” implying that we couldn’t appreciate the local cuisine and we soon realized the widespread racial discrimination against people from mainland China. The actions of governments and political parties do not justify your racism against others. This experience was incredibly disheartening and ruined what should have been a delightful evening. It’s unacceptable for any establishment to treat customers differently based on their race or ethnic background. I hope the management of Tsim Chai Kee Noodle takes these complaints seriously and works to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. If you’re considering dining here, I urge you to think twice. No one should have to endure the kind of racist treatment we experienced!
