煮干し醤油ラーメンと地鶏醤油ラーメンを注文しましたが、どちらも味がとても薄く、特に煮干し醤油ラーメンは煮干し風味のお湯の様でした。香港人好みにローカライズされているのかもしれませんが、日本人の口には合わないと思いました。. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150

There was no line and the turnover rate was pretty quick on a Thursday night at 7pm. The food was delicious and well prepared despite the seats to be a bit cramped up. The price was a bit overpriced but it was a solid experience after all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A new branch of Wonyi Ramen, a popular ramen shop in Hung Hom. There wasn't a queue on this weekday evening so I decided to give it a try. The two bowls of ramen we had were of quality; but to my surprise, the most impressive item for me was the soft-boiled egg which was cooked perfectly! 〔 Follow me on instagram @sikbaobaola ! ^^ 〕
