A Hong Kong Styled Tai Pei Tong housed in the cooked food centre of the muncipal builidng in Happy Valley. There are two of the same located next to one another. You need to pay attention to seating if you have preference to a particular one. Both are equally good and has their own signature dishes. Just as the waiter or waitress for recommendation.
