A very local eatery with really great Beef Noodle Dishes. You can choose what noodle to have (Thin or Flat, Rice or Egg, Braised for Extra Cost). They have an English menu, but ask the Counter. Best food you can get around Tung Chung area. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried their Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. The soup was not very strong in flavor so I had to add a lot of chili spicy oil to make it richer. The beef was also a different than what I have had in downtown. It was still soft and tender but it just could not compare. Nice portions though. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
