My overall score was based on an interaction with one of the staff. He was belligerent and not welcoming at all. The food was pretty good. However, there is some seating that requires customers to walk through the kitchen and the owners’ nephew yells at anyone that walks slowly. He yelled at my son for walking slowly (he is 10 years old and was not walking slow purposefully) and then yelled at my wife. My wife is currently over 8 months pregnant and should not walk quickly. He then told my wife to “lai, lai, lai”, while being restrained by others (this was in response to my wife telling him to leave my son alone and learn something about customer service). I am not sure why he would act like this to an obviously pregnant woman. We left, but I would not recommend this place to anyone with children, elderly people, or slow walkers in their party. Threatening a pregnant woman with violence (which is what he appeared to be doing) is quite beyond what I have experienced here in Taiwan. People are usually very welcoming and considerate. 還是要讓您知道，廚房非常危險 加上吵雜的環境，說話聲量都會比較大聲，目的是為了提醒客人加快腳步經過廚房，因為時不時就會有非常燙的食物送出，都是為了不要弄傷客人 所以語氣會大聲 況且我們並非口出惡言對小朋友 只是較為嚴肅地向他說 ：「不要在這邊逗留」，因為你不知道下一秒會有什麼滾燙的湯要經過，而隨即就是您懷孕的妻子先大聲喝斥我們員工，請搞清楚狀況 如果您想讓小朋友受傷大過於我們的嚴肅的提醒 ，我想是大家不樂見的 。
