We had an amazing celebration and would like to give special thanks to Cheng Jian 程建 for his outstanding service. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire dining experience, always checking in to ensure everything was perfect. What truly impressed us was his thoughtfulness—he even helped peel the prawns and lychees for us, making us feel genuinely cared for and pampered. The birthday celebration was also made extra special thanks to the wonderful surprises and beautiful setup arranged by Cheng Jian and the team. From the decorations to the thoughtful touches throughout the meal, everything exceeded our expectations and created a memorable experience for everyone. Thank you, Cheng Jian, for your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Your excellent service turned a simple birthday dinner into a truly unforgettable celebration. Highly recommended! Happy experience at HDL on 24 march Served by Weiwei at table 68 and had an excellent experience as her service was attentive, friendly, and all our requests were handled promptly. The food was fresh and the broth was rich and tasty — but i think we over ordered but thankfully they let us take our time to finish. I also got my nails done by Miaomiao and loved the trendy cat eye design — such a nice touch to the overall experience. Hai Di Lao even had the face-changing performances, which made the visit extra memorable. It’s always a delight coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My favourite HDL in Singapore. Excellent place to have hotpot and service from Dou Dou whom has always make our dining an unforgettable experience and memory. Her warmth and service has made us into loyal patrons to HDL Bugis. Thank you for remembering us and extra efforts to ensure our time here an enjoyable one. Not to forget everyone else at the restaurant, all of them made effort to engage us and took care of us when we were there. Thanks again everyone. Will be back soon.
