吃過好幾次了，決定給五星。如果肚子很餓只想在寧夏夜市吃一攤，我會推郭魚湯。 飯有滷肉飯、雞肉飯跟雞滷飯，湯汁油水較一般偏少，但好處是不會油不會膩，除了鹹甜外，還有一股淡淡沙茶味。 涼拌系列跟他們的飯食是非常棒的搭配，涼拌魚皮酸脆爽口，但不會死甜死酸，恰到好處，就算完全不配飯，調味依然屬上乘。 很多人說味噌湯吃不出魚的香甜，但很少人注意到他們的魚肉跟一般味噌魚湯的差別在於「魚的肉質」。只有新鮮的魚，才會在入湯煮了之後依舊不會潰散，保持彈牙的口感。就算是味噌又如何？湯好喝魚好吃不就足夠了嗎？ 最後最棒的是因為很多不懂吃的人給了不好的評分，導致這間店不用排隊就可以吃到。原本想給一顆星的，畢竟分數越低越少人我就越不用排隊。但希望老闆生意越來越好開發出越來越多菜色，這樣我才有口福啊！ -- I've eaten here several times and decided to give it five stars. If I'm very hungry and can only eat at one stall in Ningxia Night Market, I would recommend Guo's Fish Soup. They offer braised pork rice, chicken rice, and chicken with braised pork rice. The sauce is less oily compared to the average, which is great because it’s not greasy or heavy. Besides the savory and sweet flavors, there’s also a hint of satay aroma. Their cold dishes pair wonderfully with the rice meals. The marinated fish skin is crisp, tangy, and refreshing, without being overly sweet or sour — the seasoning is spot-on. Even if eaten alone without rice, it still tastes excellent. Many people say the miso soup doesn't capture the sweetness of the fish, but few notice that the key difference lies in the quality of the fish meat. Only fresh fish can remain firm and bouncy even after being cooked in soup. So what if it's miso soup? As long as the soup is delicious and the fish tastes great, isn’t that enough? The best part is that because many who don't appreciate good food have given low ratings, there's no need to wait in line to eat here. I originally thought about giving just one star — after all, the lower the score, the fewer people, and the shorter my wait! But ultimately, I hope the owner’s business thrives and keeps developing more dishes, so I can continue to enjoy even more great food! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: NT$1–200
