As a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, we had high expectations and this Shatin outpost did not disappoint. We tried their signature dishes: Roselle rice noodles, bbq pork pineapple buns, and milk tea. It was absolutely delicious. Be prepared for a long wait. As a person who values food taste, I was blown away by the taste of the food here! Although the food choices were limited, the taste compensated for it. It’s something you can find in Chinese Banquet Restaurants, but a tad bit better. The service was overall fine, your average service. The atmosphere is very generic, nothing special. Overall, it’s a place you can try, if you are willing to try authentic Chinese food.
