お気楽な海鮮中心の居酒屋さん。 店頭にある魚を選び、希望の調理法を伝えるとすぐに出てくる。特に希望がなければ店員さんのお勧め調理法でほぼ間違いないです。 この日はハタ系の大きめな黒い魚を揚げてあんかけにしたもの、大量の牡蠣のフリッター、過去最大サイズの白魚のフライ、店長がどうしてもお勧めと譲らないハマグリなど四人で６皿にビールなどで日本の居酒屋の半額くらい。 どれもおいしかったので、お勧めです。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $600–800

清祥海產店位在遼寧街、龍江路一帶的熱炒聚落。這個區域長期聚集許多台菜與海產店，也是許多台北上班族下班聚餐的重要場域。 和觀光夜市不同，這裡的生意更多來自固定回流的熟客。晚餐時間走進來，可以看到朋友聚會、家庭聚餐，也有不少公司同事下班後直接入座，整體氣氛熱絡而自在。 這次吃到的幾道菜都有不錯水準。炒功、炸工與火候掌握穩定，調味不過度厚重，仍保留食材本身的風味。不是追求話題性的餐廳，而是一間把台菜基本功做得扎實的海產店。 在競爭如此直接的區域裡，能夠長期維持穩定人潮，一定有相當實力。CP值也不錯。推薦。 Ching Hsiang Seafood Restaurant is located in the Liaoning and Longjiang Road dining district, an area known for its concentration of Taiwanese seafood and stir-fry restaurants. It has long been a gathering place for office workers, families, and local residents after work. Unlike tourist-oriented food destinations, many restaurants here rely on returning customers. During dinner hours, the restaurant fills with groups of friends, family gatherings, and colleagues sharing a meal, creating a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. The dishes we tried were consistently well executed. Stir-fried and fried items showed solid technique, while the seasoning remained balanced enough to let the ingredients stand on their own. Rather than focusing on novelty, the restaurant succeeds through strong fundamentals and reliable Taiwanese cooking. In a neighborhood where competition is intense and choices are abundant, maintaining a steady customer base over time speaks for itself.
