湘記麵館(xiāng jì miàn guǎn) 位於台中民權路與梅亭街口，主打湯麵、拌麵、炒飯、水餃。蕃茄牛肉細麵湯頭濃郁肉質嫩，唯人手不足經常桌面來不及清理，管理方面待改進。Xiang Ji Beef Noodle Reataurant. “Xiang”(湘) is a abbreviation character of Hu Nan Province, but rather than only Hu Nan Foods, you can have fried rices, boiled dumplings and wonton soups. Hardly to say it’s a cozy experience dining in the restaurant for noon peak time, though it’s recently renovated & air-con inside. You’d see tables are not ready yet to cleared plates & bowls all around the room. Probably incessant customers made them the staff out hands. Winning odds for the restaurant are those petty nice foods: thicken tomatoes beef noodle, fried rice, boiled dumplings and so on.
