The vibes and service were genuinely great, and the staff were very kind, which made for a nice experience overall. That said, the food and drinks didn’t feel very fresh. The lemon cheesecake seemed like it had just been taken out of the freezer and was still icy in the middle, and the chicken nuggets and fries also tasted like standard frozen items. The brown sugar coffee had a very artificial syrup flavor and the coffee itself tasted slightly burnt, to the point I couldn’t really finish it. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the quality of what was served. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stumbled upon this cafe by chance, and I regret it. The food and drinks are extremely overpriced for what you get. I sat on the 3rd floor where it was stuffy because they refused to turn on the AC, using only fans instead. To make matters worse, the staff had zero service mind, and they only accept cash—no cards allowed. The atmosphere is totally mediocre. Honestly, please run away and find somewhere else! Price per person: $200–400 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Maison De Ocean. Wonderful ocean views, and charming oceanside atmosphere. Dog friendly! Food choices are very limited, but chicken fingers and Thai pork stir fry were both excellent. Note there is no English menu, and this place is very popular, so getting a table can be difficult. Only the downstairs is air conditioned. Service is fast and efficient. We will definitely be going back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
