滿漢牛肉麵食堂 offers an impressive variety of dishes, making it a versatile choice for groups with different cravings. We tried their Xiao Long Bao and Shumai which is the very samereason why I cannot eat those anymore here in the Philippines. Their authentic and original version of Kuchay is so damn good. When we stumble to them we were just trying to satisfy our cravings for salty food but hey this is a must-have and a gatekeeping worthy restaurant, even if it does kinda hard to find. A visit to this Ximending gem is a delight for anyone looking to explore authentic Taiwanese flavors in a retro setting. Between the award-winning braised pork rice and the rich, multi-textured beef noodles, there is something for everyone to enjoy. It is highly recommended to try a few of their diverse side dishes, like the shrimp cakes or dumplings, to fully appreciate the kitchen's range.
