Nice little find for潮汕莊 cravings. The marinated seafood had that briny hit and a bit of crunch, pretty satisfying with plain rice tbh. Goose in brine was tender, the skin had good flavor, I kept picking at the edges haha. The Chaozhou dishes feel homestyle, nothing fussy, portions okay for sharing. Tried their signature daily soup, warm and comforting, kind of the thing you sip slowly and zone out for a minute. Service felt relaxed, no rush, which works for me. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
