After having a very bad experience at Michelin Star Prawn Noodle with Liver at Tampines One, I decided to try another neighborhood stall which too serves Pork Liver.. I ordered their Speciality Noodle and added another dollar of Pork Liver as my cravings ain't curb yesterday.. To my surprise, the food was surprisingly nice. Although the aunty wasn't in the mood to "talk properly", but she didn't slack in her culinary skill. The noodle texture was just nice al dente, chilli was flavorful not too spicy ( although personally I love very spicy food & more heat). Most importantly, the pork slices and liver was cooked nicely. Plump, flavourful and succulent. The gaminess which spooked me yesterday was nowhere to be found and was replaced by 多汁彈口的 Liver.. And that is what I was looking for.. I read a lot of complains regarding the aunty but TBH, although she didn't make my day by being polite but she did gave me a wonderful dinner which I'm grateful.. The famous chao yuan is gone. Not sure are they franchise ? Or still owned by the founder? But definitely the auntie alone working in the stall not their family member. I should know by looking at the stall that no one queuing and also the one man show, this standard should be bad. No need to try this stall Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

No complaints about the food, it's everything one should expect – piping hot, freshly made, and there's even an option to add a dollar for extra noodles plus an extra side. Quite the comfort meal on some weekends! The auntie at the counter though can be quite grumpy, and does snap when taking orders sometimes, especially when she cannot hear the order properly. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
