Whenever I visit a district I haven't been to in a while, Taiwanese cuisine is my go-to "safe bet"—it’s budget-friendly and offers so much variety. My husband was shopping at Amoy Plaza recently and, knowing my love for Taiwanese food, picked out 火火雞肉 for dinner. Plus, they accept Shopback, which is a great bonus for earning rebates! Since it was a chilly evening, he thoughtfully pre-ordered the Spicy Braised Pork Rice (麻辣魯肉飯) and the Huadiao Herb-Stewed Chicken Soup (花雕藥燉土雞湯). The soup was the absolute highlight—rich, warming, and perfect for the cold weather. Highly recommended if you're looking for a cozy, satisfying meal in Kowloon Bay!
